General Terms and Conditions of Use Services provided by GRADEX, s.r.o. on vlozit.cz website (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions")
General provisions:
The provider of services on the Server is GRADEX, spol. s r.o. Slezská 1357/1, 120 00 Praha, Vinohrady, ID No.: 26134292, VAT No.: CZ26134292 The User is a natural or legal person who uses the Provider's Services. Each file is uniquely identifiable by a URL address.
Services:
The Provider allows the User to use the following Services: Uploading files to the Provider's server, sending the URL and QR code and saving the file. The possibility of downloading files by other Users who provide the URL or QR code.
Rights and obligations:
The User is responsible for the content. After uploading a file to the Server the User does not get rid of any rights. By uploading a file to the Server the User authorizes the Provider to automate the processing of storage on the server UploadTo.Link. The User declares that he is authorized to share the content of the file. The Provider does not perform any control of the legal content of the uploaded files. He does not open the files and does not analyze their content. If the provider is alerted to illegal content he is entitled to delete the file or restrict distribution without prior notice. The service is not a permanent backup of files. The Provider does not guarantee that the file or part of it will not be damaged or deleted. The Provider shall not be liable for any damage caused by the loss of the file or of any part. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Provider may modify the Server, the scope and the Terms without a prior notice.
Material responsability:
The Provider does not provide the User with any guarantees of the functionality and availability of the web vlož.cz or for damage or deletion of the file content.
Commercial Communications:
The User hereby notes and agrees that advertisings and promotional messages may be displayed on UploadTo.Link.
Final provisions:
These terms and conditions and the relationship between the Provider and the User are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
